What if I need to cancel?
Twenty four hour’s notice is required to avoid late cancellation fees. Should you cancel your appointment within this window, a $100 late cancellation fee applies. This is not covered by Medicare or NDIS. If you fail to cancel and do not attend session, the full appointment fee will be charged.
What if I run late?
Sessions run for fifty minutes and generally commence either on the hour or half hour. There is a reason sessions are designed this way, and once this time period is compromised it can interrupt the quality of the therapeutic episode. As such, if you are running more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered a “no show” appointment and the full cancellation fee will apply. To avoid this, there is always the option of conducting sessions via telehealth.
How does telehealth work?
Telehealth runs off a platform called Halaxy. No additional software is required and a link is sent prior to each session.
