Covid-19 Policy and Procedure

We value the health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and the broader community.

As the Covid-19 situation evolves, we will amend our service policies and procedures in accordance with current risk, and will operate in compliance with any public health orders outlined by the Department of Health and Human Services.

We encourage you to speak with your psychologist if you have any concerns, so that we can work together to find suitable solutions where possible.

In-Person Appointments

Please DO NOT attend your appointment in-person if:

  • You have COVID-19

  • You have flu-like or respiratory symptoms

Please contact us by email or phone (0414 052 728) to arrange a Telehealth/telephone appointment or to reschedule.

For the health and safety of our clients and staff, please be aware that if you attend the practice with respiratory or flu-like symptoms, you will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment to another time.

Masks

You are not currently required to wear a mask when attending our practice in-person.

However, please feel free to wear a mask if this is your preference. Our psychologists are also happy to wear a mask during your session if this makes you feel more comfortable.
